spotlight or fluorescent light. They Glow for HOURS!!! Flash units
don't work as well.
The sun REALLY charges them- run them deep mid-day charged-up

kits: head/skirt/VMC treble/beads in simple packaging...you supply
the line. Sqwinchee's in stores are tied on 40lb hard-mono.
